Club: Mountain Devils, NSW  -(Hauge i Dalane, Norway) formerly Taree

Age: 25 years

Occupation: Trained as a doctor, currently providing domestic duties whilst she learns enough Norwegian to practice overe there.

Orienteering history: began Foot O in 1999 and MTBO in 2007. This is Melanie's 2nd MTB WOC and her best result is 16th in the middle last time in 2008.

Bike: Giant Anthem Advanced

Favourite areas: Kiwarrak forest, Taree and the lovely array of single track in and around Canberra

Likes: bushwalking, rogaining, sewing.  Just moved to Norway long term so is busy learning Norwegian
