Orienteering history: began foot O from 1984 and competed in the WOC team in 1995. In MTBO, this will be Mary´s 3^rd WOC.  Notable achievements in MTBO: Relay bronze 2004; 13^th long 2005.

Other: Past Australian rep  in road running  and in NSW teams for athletics, cross country and mountain running     Presently co-holds the Australian records in the Women's U20 (set in 1989) and W35 (set in 2009) for 4 x 1500metres.  Also surfs and swims.
