I - Thor - finally met up with the rest of the team after 5 time zones and 6 different currencies. Spent a lovely  2 hours in Wroclaw en route:

First MTBO, which was Day 2 of the comp, as mentioned by Paul, was just good to get under the belt. Lots of climb and lots of route choice. Dave W finishing:

But what Paul didnt mention was the sprint race - part of foot O competition - I did that afternoon. 23 checkpoints in 2.6km through the  old spa town on a great map. I ran in the womens 18/20/21 course and came third just 4 seconds behind second. It was great fun.

Final Day of competition was the mass start. A few sneaky peeks at the course captured in this photo:

 I had a good ride as I was right behind a good Czech rider for a large part of it and she pulled me through some of the tricky stuff. Finished second, 9s behind a Russian rider. Tony is in the dog house though for passing me on an uphill and not giving me a push.
